No, at Groot en Evers you cannot pay by direct debit. You can, however, issue or set up an automatic transfer at your bank. Other payment options can be found here.
That is very unfortunate, but we would like to help you find a solution! Read on this page how we are going to do that.
Additionally, you can contact the debt counselling department of your municipality, the credit bank or other organisation. See this page for more information about debt assistance.
If you are temporarily unable to meet your payment obligations, we can give you a payment break of one month. To be eligible for this, you must meet a number of conditions. The form with which you can request a payment break can be found here.
It may be that the amount is too high to pay at once. Then it is best to contact us and request a payment arrangement. The CJIB must still agree to your proposal. In order to be able to assess your payment proposal, it is sometimes necessary for us to ask you for more information, such as the amount of your income or any other debts.
It is wise to pay on time. The sooner you pay, the sooner you get rid of your debt.
If you do not pay or not pay in full, then the bailiff may seize your belongings and sell them. He may also seize your income or your bank balance. Don’t let it get to that point and contact us!
On our contact page you will find our contact details and the contact form.

A previous resident may still be registered at your address. Return a letter not intended for you unopened as soon as possible. Write ‘return to sender’ on the unopened envelope and put the envelope back in the mail. A stamp is not required. We also recommend that you contact the municipality. The municipality can conduct an investigation to find out the correct address of this person.
Have you paid to the CJIB? Then you should contact the CJIB.
Did you pay Groot en Evers? We would like to receive proof of your payment. It is important that the amount, account number, date of payment and payment reference are stated on it. Contact us.
Read the explanation on the back of the writ of execution. Please make sure that you do this within the objection period. Once the term has expired, the claim becomes irrevocable and you can no longer do anything about it. The judge will deal with your objection and you will also have to pay costs (court fees). If you do not pay this (on time), your case will not be processed.
If you are unable to pay because you are registered with a debt counsellor or administrator, please let us know. We will then contact them to discuss your file.
You can enter your own details and those of the debt counsellor or administrator here.
The writ of execution will be handed over to you by the bailiff. The law calls this handing over the ‘service’ of the writ of execution. In the service, an order is made to pay within the stipulated period.
If there is a judgment, decision or writ of execution that must be executed by the bailiff, fixed statutory rates also apply. These are not collection costs but execution costs and these are determined by the government on the basis of the cost price. The rates that the debtor owes for the official acts of the judicial officer are stated in the Decree on Rates of Official Acts of Court Bailiffs (Besluit Tarieven Ambtshandelingen Gerechtsdeurwaarders BTAG). These rates are determined annually by the Ministry of Justice and Security.
Different collection costs apply for traffic and criminal fines. The collection costs are independent of any previously imposed increases due to late payment.
There are various measures such as garnishing of wages, seizure of movable property or seizure of a house.
The DBR contains all seizures that bailiffs have placed on income such as wages, benefits and pension. The task of the DBR is to prevent unnecessary costs and to monitor the seizure-free footing.
